In this Monday, Nov. 27, 2017 photo provided by Mark Girardeau and Dana Wharf Whale Watching, a rare Nazca Booby is seen at the harbor in Dana Point, Calif. Bird enthusiasts flocked to Southern California to get a glimpse of a rare bird normally seen on the Galapagos Islands. The Nazca Booby was spotted Monday in Dana Point. The Cornell Lab of Ornithology says the bird breeds primarily on the Galapagos and Malpelo archipelagos, but on occasion can be found offshore from mainland South America, with small breeding populations along the Ecuadorian and Peruvian coasts as well as in the Pacific Coast of Central America.
