This missing person poster released by the Miami Police Department shows Angela Morissey, missing from Miami since March 28, 2021. Morissey, a 23-year-old California mother of two, disappeared in late March while vacationing in Miami. Indian Country Today reports that Morrisey's mother, Darnella Melancon, of Yuma, Arizona, traveled to Florida to help search for her daughter, who is a citizen of the Fort Yuma Quechan Indian Tribe. Miami Police Assistant Chief Armando Aguilar says there's no evidence Morissey's in danger, but it's unusual for her to be gone for so long without contacting anyone.
