This photograph released on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017, by the Tucson Sector of the U.S. Border Patrol, shows an SUV that was damaged on Sunday, Dec. 24, 2017 in a high-speed chase near the small community of Amado in southern Arizona. The driver of the car faces numerous federal charges for allegedly firing a gun at Border Patrol agents and trying to strike their vehicles with his vehicle after they tried to stop him for an inspection of the SUV that carried two migrants as passengers. It was the most serious in a spate of migrant smuggling cases in southern Arizona and the only violent one over the long Christmas weekend. (Tucson Sector Border Patrol via AP)
