This undated photo provided by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction shows Clyde Wesley, serving 35 years to life for the May 14, 1984, slaying of Mary Jane Stout, shot four times during a robbery by Wesley and John Stumpf, in the home where she lived with her husband Norman Stout outside of New Concord in eastern Ohio. Norman Stout was shot twice in the head but survived. Stumpf was sentenced to die for the slaying, and Stout is determined to attend Stumpf's execution if it ever takes place after repeated delays over the years.
