The second wave of Herons on the Bayou community art project was unveiled at Bayou Park on the University of Louisiana Monroe campus, Saturday, April 10, 2021, in Monroe, La. Thirty-six new Herons on the Bayou were unveiled Saturday at Bayou Park on the University of Louisiana Monroe campus.
