The fluke discovery of children's bones has investigators trying to figure out if they're dealing with a double homicide or the badger-disturbed the grave of young emigrants on the Oregon Trail. The case that started earlier this month in high desert sagebrush steppe took another twist over the weekend when a forensic anthropologist determined the bones involved two children, not one as detectives initially thought.
