The Janesville, Wis., community has been on edge since police arrested 28-year-old Courtney on May 4 after he allegedly stabbed his roommate. The roommate told police Courtney said he had killed three people that night. Officers found Courtney's girlfriend dead the next morning and last week found a woman dead in the Rock River.
