In this March 11, 2014 photo, a Cubana airlines Antonov 24 turboprop is ready for an emergency drill with local firefighters and EMT personnel at Key West International Airport. The Cuban Antonov 24 plane was hijacked in 2003. It was one of three Cuban planes that landed in Key West within a six month period, two of which were hijacked. All three were later auctioned off, but the Antonov 24 remains in Key West. None of the purchasers were able to get FAA authorization to fly the plane because it is still registered in Cuba.
