The Denver Parks and Recreation Department donated 14 bison to American Indian tribes this month as reparations. The first-of-its-kind gift from Denver will help reintroduce wild bison to their homes. All 14 bison were adult females and about half might be pregnant. (ASSOCIATED PRESS)
