This hanging pot of pansies, impatiens, bogonias and sweetpea is a different way of displaying some traditional flowers that also helps contain some that would otherwise spread, such as the lamium vine hanging out of it, according to Kathy Jentz, editor of Washington Gardner magazine. Jentz took an old window frame from a house that was going to be demolished and paired it with a galvanized metal box in order to create the decorative piece that hangs in her Silver Spring, Md., garden on Monday, June 20, 2011.
