ASSOCIATED PRESS Justice David Prosser Jr. and Assistant Attorney General JoAnne Kloppenburg, ended their March 21 debate with a handshake, but it hasn't been all pleasantries in their campaign for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. A lot of outside money has been pumped into the state in an effort to tip the scales on the state's new union law.
