After the public voted 100 to 1 to release the full Wikileaks archive, the process has begun.
At 9:20 pm eastern time the Wikileaks Twitter feed tweeted, “Shining a light on 45 years of US ‘diplomacy’, it is time to open the archives forever.” Subsequent tweets gave links to access a bit-torrent file to download a 557.59 megabyte file, presumably of the full archive. Downloaders were informed that “the decryption key will be released at the appropriate moment.”
