The Washington Redskins are bringing in three punters Tuesday to potentially compete for an opportunity to play Sunday at Carolina.

Hunter Smith is unlikely to play because of a pulled groin.

Sam Paulescu: Averaged 35.2 yards net on 53 punts last year for Dallas.

Glenn Pakulak: Averaged 37.8 yards on 24 attempts for New Orleans. Was cut by the Saints in training camp.

Waylon Prather: Was most recently in Arizona’s off-season program but has no NFL experience.
