This October, Kelly Hildebrandt will vow to share her life with a man who already shares her name, the AP is reporting.

Kelly Katrina Hildebrandt, 20, and Kelly Carl Hildebrandt, 24, expect just over 100 guests to attend a ceremony at the Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club in South Florida, where they will become husband and wife.

They met via Facebook. Miss Hildebrandt searched for her name on the social networking site and found only one match — Mr. Hildebrandt, of Texas. They exchanged emails and love bloomed.

Being a bit of a traditionalist, the bride will take her husband’s name — Carl.

I have an uncommon name, so I searched for it among Facebook’s accounts. There I found another Carleton Bryant. I was curious.

What’s more, I found out he was in the D.C. area. I was intrigued.

And he was a journalist. I was amazed — until I realized I had found an old account of mine that I’d forgotten about.
