First, Joe Biden says that foreign enemies would test the Obama administration early on.

Now, John McCain says he would test foreign enemies early on.

I always thought the next president would face more hostile options and outcomes, but I guess that’s just me.

“Testing” sounds downright academic. I just hope they use essay questions. It’s so much harder to cheat that way.
