Russia builds 'Berlin Wall' in Georgia

Russia is building a “Berlin Wall” in Georgia to separate regions in that country, Agence France Presse is reporting.

The plan is bound to fail. Berlin is nowhere near Georgia. What Russia should be building is an “Atlanta Wall” because that would get the Georgians’ attention.
