Obama taking charge before his time

Because of the economic crisis, President-elect Barack Obama has started working as president much sooner than he had said he intended to, or the Constitution permits, Stephen Dinan is reporting.

In a way, Obama has become a “co-president” with President Bush. There seems to be a coordinated strategy between the two only in dealing with the economy.
