Parents whose children attend a California school fought over the school’s Thanksgiving costumes, the Los Angeles Times is reporting.
When I was in school, it was the kids who would fight over the Thanksgiving costumes. Everybody wanted to be an Indian. Or a cowboy. Or a firetruck. But never a pilgrim.
SEE RELATED:Maybe they should have the kids dress as the person they are most thankful for. As long as that person isn’t a religious figure, a political figure, a minority or a person of questionable moral standing like a sports star or other celebrity.
Who’s left? Mom and Dad? But who’s to dress as Mom and who’s to dress as Dad? OK, who wants to be a firetruck?
