Lawyers for Dr. Seuss‘ estate have put the kibosh on plans for a Whoville in Kentucky, the AP is reporting.

City officials in Louisville had planned a Christmas display modeled on Dr. Seuss’ village, but lawyers representing Seuss’ enterprises have issued a cease and desist order.

“You cannot do it in your town. You cannot do it in a gown,” said lead lawyer I.M. Grinch. “You cannot do it in a fair. You cannot do it anywhere.”
