Noise makers sentenced to Manilow listening

A Colorado judge has sentenced some noise violators to listen to Barry Manilow records, the Rocky Mountain News is reporting.

The convicted noise makers will likely appeal on the grounds that listening to Barry Manilow over and over again constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.
