Ted Leonsis, owner of the Washington Capitals hockey team, is running out of room for friends on his Facebook page.

The Brooklyn-born AOL executive has more than 5,000 Facebook friends with whom he shares insights, stories and photos — making him one of the most accessible movers and shakers in the country.

Now he has room for only 7 more friends on the social-networking site’s page that bears his name.

Maybe he should buy Facebook.
