Man fights $115 ticket — at cost of $7,500

A New York City man has spent the past two years and about $7,500 to fight a $115 parking ticket, the New York Post is reporting.

The parking ticket fighter, 63-year-old Simon Belsky, is something of a celebrity these days. Just look up “stubborn” in any dictionary, and you’re likely to see a picture of Belsky staring at you.
