Russian warship to sail through Panama Canal

The Russian navy has announced that it will sail a destroyer through the Panama Canal this week for the first time since World War II, the AP is reporting.

The crew is expected to take shore leave and do a little sightseeing, a little shopping — maybe buy some of those cool Panama hats.
