U.S. students go to Canada for cheaper education

American high school graduates are running north of the border to Canada to get an affordable college education, the Boston Globe is reporting.

In the ‘60s and ‘70s, college-age guys ran to Canada to avoid the draft. Now they’re running there to avoid post-collegiate debt.

I just hope the Canadians don’t say the influx of Americans is lowering their living standards and is forcing them to build a security fence at the border.
