Al Franken’s lead over Sen. Norm Coleman is shrinking in the hand recount of Minnesota’s Senate election, the Minneapolis Star Tribune is reporting.
First Coleman had a nearly 1,000-vote lead, then it narrowed to a few hundred. Then Franken took the lead, and now that is narrowing.
