'Lost' recording of John Lennon to go on the auction block

A “lost” tape recording of an intoxicated John Lennon singing a raunchy version of “Just Because” will likely fetch $40,000 when it goes on auction in Los Angeles, the New York Post is reporting.

Maybe, just maybe, this Lennon recording was “lost” for a reason. A good reason.
