Wiretap recordings of Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich discussing bribes — even when he knew the FBI was investigating him — have sparked some speculation about his mental health, CBS2Chicago.com is reporting.

Mental health? Whatever happened to stupid? Can’t people be stupid anymore?
