NYC transit writes tardy notes for workers

The New York bus and subway system issues tardiness notes to workers who are delayed by transit problems, the New York Post is reporting.

The notes all read the same: “Dear Mr. Boss, Please excuse your worker’s tardiness today. The dog ate his homework and he couldn’t find his shoes this morning. Signed, Your worker’s mother.”
