San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom is a man of many words, which he uses to great effect in a 7-and-a-half hour speech on YouTube, the San Francisco Chronicle is reporting.

It’s a state-of-the-city speech, and at 7-and-a-half hours, things are either really good or really bad in San Francisco.
