Joe Biden and his wife head to Colorado to see flood damage

Vice President Joseph R. Biden and his wife, Jill, will tour flood-damaged areas in Colorado Monday, the White House announced.

At least eight people were killed and 1,700 homes have been destroyed in eastern Colorado from the flooding. More than 6,000 survivors have already applied for federal disaster relief.
