Women’s fashion retailer Chico’s Retail Services Inc. is celebrating the inauguration with the sale of its limited-edition Hope and Change Necklace. The necklace, available in Washington-area stores and priced at $24, features antique gold and silver charms with the words “Hope” and “Change” inscribed. It’s a fitting way to complete your inaugural ensemble.
