The Washington Capitals today made their rookie camp and training camp dates official.

- The Rookie Camp will begin on Monday, Sept. 7 at Kettler Capitals Iceplex and finish up with a game against the Philadelphia Flyers rookies on Friday, Sept. 11 in New Jersey.

- Veterans must report by Saturday, Sept. 12, and the actual training camp will start on Sunday, Sept. 13.
