There is a nice little double dip of games today from the world junior championship on the NHL Network. Both games could be routs, but it is a chance to size up Team USA and Team Canada before their showdown on New Year’s Eve.
Those (present company included) who were hoping to get a peak at Stefan Della Rovere, a Caps draft pick who was a bit of a surprise on Canada’s roster, may not get that chance today. Della Rovere is day-to-day with an ankle/foot bruise.
