If history is any indicator, this weekend could bring a quiet game for Darrius Heyward-Bey.
It would also bring a great game from Isaiah Williams.
SEE RELATED:You might recall Williams had one of his best games two years ago at Clemson. And Heyward-Bey was held without a catch last season when the Tigers came to College Park.
In fact, Williams is the only current Terp to have at least 10 catches against any opponent. And sure enough, it’s Clemson.
Toss in Danny Oquendo —- who caught Maryland’s lone touchdown in the 2006 trip to Death Valley —- and there are three receivers on the roster with plenty of history against the rest of the league.
So here’s the opponent-by-opponent breakdown of the Terps’ veteran wideouts when facing the ACC (stats are receptions-yards-TD).
