Only seemed fair to run through Eastern Michigan’s record against ACC teams, since I did a full rundown of Maryland vs. the MAC yesterday.
Everyone in CP knows about the three games the Terps played against Eastern Michigan earlier this decade, all Maryland victories.
SEE RELATED:There was a 50-3 rout in 2001, Ralph Friedgen‘s first season in College Park
Then a 45-3 drubbing at Byrd Stadium in 2002.
Then a 37-13 victory in 2003 at Eastern Michigan that was 16-13 well into the third quarter.
And, so far as I can tell, those are the only games the Eagles (nee Hurons) have played against the 12 schools in the ACC.
I could be wrong. You can double-check here if you’d like. But from the looks of things, Eastern Michigan’s entire resume against the ACC is identical to its resume against the Terps.
