Firefighters were called to the Austin headquarters for Hillary Clinton\0x2019s presidential campaign after smoke was reported in the building.\ \ \ AFD responded to Clinton’s headquarters at 701 E. Ben White around 8:45 p.m. Firefighters found smoke coming out of the roof and were able to quickly put it out.\ \ \ A fire official said the cause of the smoke was a malfunctioning air handling unit on the roof.\ \ \ The building had been evacuated when fire crews arrived. There were no injuries.\ \ \ A Clinton volunteer said Wednesday evening that 50-60 volunteers had been in the building at the time.BBlog
